We are seeking an experienced and passionate Social Media Manager to join our team!

Job Summary:  The Social Media Manager will effectively lead multiple  projects and will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the organizations social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales; and be tasked with overseeing the managing of campaigns throughout all phases of the project — from consumer understanding to creative development and execution. Ultimately, this role will ensure that our organic and paid social media campaigns are both efficient and effective. Please note that this position is NOT remote.

  • Responsible for all organic social management of current and future campaigns.
  • Collaborates with Social Media Strategist on paid social media campaigns.
  • Organizes market level social media strategy, incorporating studio level needs and corporate initiatives.
  • Maintains content calendar of planned activity and budget associated with each studio, running point on communication from studio to corporate and vice versa.
  • Clearly communicates content strategy and calendar to studios to enable efficient creation and implementation of studio-level social content.
  • Measure and communicate success of paid and engagement social initiatives and set quarterly and annual KPIs.
  • Assess new options for growth and stay on top of social media trends.
  • Maintain product knowledge for business written through the agent distribution channel.
  • Ensure organic social media campaigns are being optimized on a regular basis.
  • Provide guidance and support on creative initiatives for social media campaigns.
  • Stay informed of best practices within Facebook Ad Manager and assist the marketing team with implementation.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of five years' experience with social media management tools, including but not limited to:
    • Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc.
  • Minimum of five years' experience with set up, execution and management of social media lead generation ad campaigns.
  • At least two years' of budget management experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of:
    • Paid vs. Organic social media strategy
    • Facebook Business Suite
    • Integrated marketing communications and the digital media landscape
    • Microsoft Office Suite
