Orangetheory Fitness Afterburn Coaching is currently seeking dynamic and self-motivated Call Center Representatives! As a team member of our new call center, the Call Center Representative would be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to create a positive experience for each interaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of pre-sales inbound calls in a timely manner and highly responsive manner.
Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately and to support effective and outlined processes.
Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going above and beyond to exceed expectations and personalize service offered.
Keep records of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensive, accurate manner.
Meet individual and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Participate in training and development opportunities to expand knowledge, skills and aptitude relative to the Call Center Representative position and the company.
Performs other related duties and projects, as needed and assigned by Sales and Operations Training department.
High school diploma required
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Passion for Orangetheory and Fitness
Ability to multitask effectively, set and achieve priorities/performance standards and manage time.
Demonstrated ability to effectively handle problem solving situations
Customer focused with demonstrated skills in adaptability towards positive outcomes
Starting Hourly Wage: $15/hour
